North Sails Japan ("we") operates mobile applications for sailing and yacht racing. This policy explains how we handle your data across all of our apps.

Data We Collect

• Location Data — GPS coordinates, speed, and course are collected when tracking is active. This data is sent to our server for real-time race management.
• Device Token — A push notification token is stored to enable remote start/stop of tracking.
• Sensor Data — Wind and current sensor readings received via Bluetooth are used for display and may be transmitted to our server.

How We Use Your Data

All data is used solely for the purpose of yacht race management, including real-time tracking, course analysis, and wind/current visualization. We do not sell, share, or use your data for advertising.

Data Retention

Location and sensor data is retained on our server for race analysis purposes. You may request deletion by contacting us.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Apple Push Notification service (APNs) — for remote notifications
• Amazon Web Services (AWS) — for data storage and processing

Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us.
